SigFinch vs SyncSignature
This is the closest call. SyncSignature can install signatures automatically through Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, which SigFinch deliberately does not. The trade is a seat minimum on the auto-deploy plan, annual billing, and granting an admin connection to your mail tenant so it can write signatures and read your directory. Your email itself is not routed through them.
SyncSignature is the better fit if
A team that specifically wants signatures deployed automatically across its mail tenant and is comfortable granting the admin connection that requires. If auto-deploy is the deciding feature, SyncSignature does it and we do not.
SigFinch is the better fit if
A team that would rather paste once than grant an admin connection to its Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenant, has fewer people than the auto-deploy plan assumes, and wants to pay monthly for what it uses.
